If only I could wash away my thoughts Wash them away as easily as I wash away my tears My tears of hope Hope that maybe one day you will come to terms Come to terms with the love I have for you My tears of sadness Sadness because I know you never will No matter how much I wish you could The list of things I wish you could do is long At least, compared to the list of things you actually do All you actually do is push me aside You push me aside without even thinking about how much it hurts me But I always come back, I always will These are my thoughts And they won’t wash away
